FREE for MF Members // $5 for one child and one parent/caregiver
Museum Lobby @ 500 Sampsonia Way
Children will learn about different types of LINEs and how artists use LINEs in creating their work. Inspiration and observation from the everyday world will be our starting point.
Children ages 3 to 5 and their parents or caregivers are invited to explore, play + grow! Focused on a variety of themes and installations, participants can enjoy story time and work on a collaborative hands-on project. Mini-Factory is a mobile, adaptable pop-up space students can help to build and we use to explore new ideas and concepts. Registration required.
Educational programming is made possible with generous support from Allegheny Regional Asset District; American Eagle Outfitters Foundation; Milton and Sally Avery Arts Foundation; Jack Buncher Foundation; First National Bank; Sheila Fortune Foundation; Grable Foundation; Institute for Museum and Library Services; Maher Duessel, CPAs; Pennsylvania Council on the Arts; PNC Charitable Trusts; The Sprout Fund; UPMC Health Benefits.
