Museum Lobby @ 500 Sampsonia Way
Soft, slimy, rough... exploring different types of TEXTURE through art can provoke the senses and curiosity. Students will observe, discuss and feel how artists achieve various textures when creating works of art. Warning: this will be fun!
Children ages 3 to 5 and their parents or caregivers are invited to explore, play + grow! Focused on a variety of themes and installations, participants can enjoy story time and work on a collaborative hands-on project. Mini-Factory is a mobile, adaptable pop-up space students can help to build and we use to explore new ideas and concepts. Registration required.
