The BoxSpring Café, located in the lobby of 500 Sampsonia Way, offers delicious soups, salads, specialty entrees, pizzas and sandwiches from M Catering, along with unique desserts from Vanilla Pastry Studio. The BoxSpring Café is smoke free and features an outdoor dining patio and free wireless internet.

Tuesday through Saturday (11:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Museum admission is not required to dine.

RICH ROSENTHAL
M Catering’s chef, Rich Rosenthal, brings over seventeen years of epicurean experience to your table. Upon earning his culinary degree, Rich launched his career at the renowned restaurant The Carlton, and soon became a managing chef at Café Azure, a legendary cornerstone of Pittsburgh fine dining. Pursuing his passion for pairing wine and food, Rich has studied both Old World and New World wines, as well as wine and food dynamics at The Culinary Institute of America – Greystone, in the Napa Valley. As a former chef presenter for Le Cordon Bleu programs, Rich has made numerous television appearances, and enjoys sharing his love of food with others.
