Armando Mariño paints in a neo-surrealist style juxtaposing often violent historical and contemporary images. He received his degree in art education from the Instituto Superior Pedagógico, Havana and has exhibited his paintings in group and solo exhibitions in Cuba and throughout Europe. He lives and works in Spain and the Netherlands.
