The Everyday with Raiona Daisa
Students will explore how art intersects with, is supported by, and grows out of everyday activities, and how the everyday is itself art. Taking inspiration from commonplace objects or phenomena like the street, boredom, or repetitive activities, students will create a built environment using the artifacts they acquire and create along the journey.
Spend your Wednesday afternoons hanging out with the fabulous folks at the Mattress Factory! Meet artists, explore the museum's galleries, create your own art installations and share it all with your community. Register online at mattress.org or contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (412) 231-3169.
